Blogblast For Peace 2026

Today I'm joining hundreds of bloggers across the world in a movement called "Blogblast For Peace". This is my 21st globe in my 19th year participating.

Every year on November 4th, people all around the world gather to share a simple, powerful prayer: peace. Since 2008, I’ve joined this circle of voices, because I believe that words are magic. What we speak, think, and share shapes the world we live in.

This year’s theme is SAY – Let It Be Known.
To me, this is an invitation to give voice to what matters: our hopes, our beliefs, our dreams, and the values we wish to pass on to future generations.

But peace is more than something we speak about or wish for. It is something we create through the way we live, the choices we make, and the way we treat one another. It takes shape in our homes, our communities, our neighbourhoods, and in the small moments of everyday life.

Peace asks us to care, to listen, to reach out, and to keep building bridges. Not just through words, but through actions. Because every gesture of kindness, every act of understanding, every moment of genuine connection helps shape the world we share. It means making room for one another, embracing our differences, and recognising that everyone deserves to feel seen, valued, and welcome. That is what I try to do, in my own way, every day.

Peace is a living work of art,
created daily, heart to heart.

That is my wish for this day, and for all the days to come.
May our words, our deeds, and our silences be filled with peace.

Grant us peace ~ and may we bring it to life, in all we say and do.

Please join us. People unite in a global cry for peace in this annual event. One day. One voice. All it takes is one post. Don't have a blog? You can also join us by using social media. My globe will be on Facebook, Instagram, and all other platforms I use.

Post and share, anywhere you are online. It's that simple. Join us!

To everyone: I wish you peace!
One moment, one step can be the beginning; one person can make the difference!

Inspired by “Unity Gathering – The Spirit of Togetherness”, as seen at Earth People United. The original artwork is not my own; it sparked the idea to create this Peace Globe.
